The noodle looking dish is called nangmyeon. It is served cold and has a slightly vinegary taste. I usually mix some hot mustard in with it for some extra zing.
The galbi is from a black pig, which some Koreans think tastes better. It is sometimes referred to as "ddong pig", with ddong=poop, because that is what they ate a long time ago. Luckily this little piggy tasted nothing like what its ancestors may have eaten.
